| Prof. Feifei Gao, IEEE Fellow, Tsinghua University, ChinaBio: Feifei Gao (Fellow, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree from Xi"an Jiaotong University, Xi"an, China, in 2002, the M.Sc. degree from McMaster University, Hamilton, ON, Canada, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree from the National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 2007.,Since 2011, he joined the Department of Automation, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, where he is currently a tenured Full Professor. He has authored/co-authored more than 200 refereed IEEE journal articles and more than 150 IEEE conference proceeding papers that are cited more than 25 000 times in Google Scholar. His research interests include signal processing for communications, array signal processing, convex optimizations, and artificial intelligence-assisted communications. He served as a technical committee member for more than 50 IEEE conferences. He served as the Symposium Co-Chair for the 2019 IEEE Conference on Communications (ICC), the 2018 IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference Spring (VTC), the 2015 IEEE Conference on Communications (ICC), the 2014 IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM), and the 2014 IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference Fall (VTC). He has served as an Editor for IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing (Lead Guest Editor), IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking, IEEE Signal Processing Letters (Senior Editor), IEEE Communications Letters (Senior Editor), IEEE Wireless Communications Letters, and China Communications. |
| Prof. Zinan Chen, National High-level Talents, Shenzhen University, ChinaBio: Zinan Chen received the Ph.D. degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in March 2019. He served as a Research Assistant in the Department of Computer Science at The University of Hong Kong from September 2018 to August 2020, and as a Research Assistant Professor at Hong Kong Baptist University from September 2020 to August 2023. He is currently a Distinguished Professor at the College of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University. Dr. Chen is a National Excellent Young Scholar (Overseas) and an IEEE Senior Member. His primary research interests include data science, spatial-temporal intelligence, spatial-temporal data management and analytics, and large-scale data visualization. He has published nearly 50 papers in top-tier conferences and journals, including SIGMOD, VLDB, ICDE, SIGKDD, NeurIPS, TKDE, and TIP. Notably, he received a Research Track Honorable Mention Award at SIGKDD 2026. He has presided over several projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Young Scientists Fund project on "Kernel Density Estimation Based on Ultra-fast Algorithms," the NSFC General Program project on "Research on Fast Road Network Analysis Algorithms," and the National Excellent Young Scholars Fund (Overseas) project on "Geospatial Temporal Big Data Analytics." |
| Prof. Yinbin Miao, Xidian University, ChinaBio: Yinbin Miao is a Professor and Ph.D./Master's Supervisor at the School of Cyber Science and Engineering. His research interests focus on big data security and privacy protection, as well as artificial intelligence security. He has published more than 50 CCF Category-A papers as the first or corresponding author. Prof. Miao has presided over multiple research projects, including the National Key R&D Program Young Scientist Project, NSFC General and Young Programs, Shaanxi Provincial Key R&D Program, Shaanxi Postdoctoral Special Support Project, China Postdoctoral Special Support Project, CCF-Tencent Rhino-Bird Research Fund, and CCF-NSFOCUS Kunpeng Research Fund. He was selected for the "Xiangjiang Scholars Program." |
| Prof. Huaijie Zhu, Sun Yat-sen University, ChinaBio: Huaijie Zhu received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Software and Theory from Northeastern University in January 2018 (combined Master's and Ph.D. program). From 2014 to 2015, he was a Joint-Training Ph.D. Visiting Scholar at The Pennsylvania State University, USA. He joined the School of Data Science and Computer Science at Sun Yat-sen University as a Postdoctoral Researcher in May 2018, and was appointed as an Associate Professor at the School of Artificial Intelligence, Sun Yat-sen University in 2023. He received the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award from Northeastern University in 2019. He has published nearly 20 academic papers in top-tier CCF Category-A journals and conferences, including SIGMOD, TPAMI, ACL, ICDE, TKDE, and TSC. |
